Every solid tiled and hybrid glass roof installation completed by VM Conservatory Transformation is backed by our comprehensive 10-Year Guarantee, issued directly by VM CONSERVATORY TRANSFORMATION LTD (Company No. 17451238).
1. What is Fully Covered
- Structural Integrity: Timber and lightweight aluminum load-bearing rafter frameworks are protected against cracking, bowing, rot, and joint separation.
- Weatherproofing: 100% protection against water ingress, roof leaks, tile displacement, and flashing degradation under heavy rain and snow.
- Insulation Performance: Thermal performance of multi-layer foil and rigid board insulation, guaranteeing standard U-value ratings remain unchanged.
- Internal Plaster & Finishing: Internal ceiling plasterboard and plaster finishes against sagging or cracking due to standard structural settling.
2. Exclusions & What is Not Covered
Covers standard residential installation conditions; excludes severe meteorological Acts of God, pre-existing foundation subsidence, or unauthorized third-party structural alterations.
3. Full Transferability to New Homeowners
If you sell your home within the 10-year guarantee period, the remaining coverage can be transferred to the new legal homeowner.
